I do not have the exact recipe but I ca...Hi Melinda<br />I do not have the exact recipe but I can provide an approximation.<br />Crush 12-15 stalks of lemongrass (the white part)and boil in approx 2 litres of water for about 20 minutes. Add enough sugar to taste (you want to make it a little sweeter as you will add lots of ice and lemon juice later). Wash and crush a big bunch of mint leaves (about 1 cup after crushing). When the lemongrass syrup is ready, switch off the fire, add the mint leaves, cover and let it steep for 20-30 minutes. Strain the syrup before using. When ready to serve, add ice and sufficient lemon juice to get to a citrusy tangy flavor that you want.
